Pairs combinations - Boys Pair, Girls Pair or Mixed Pair
Competition Format:
Playing format will be 2-4-2 pairs - Playing format attached
Entry Fee:
$20:00 a pair paid with entry form. A $2:00 Green Fee will be charged each time

Tahunanui Bowling Club, Tahunanui Drive
Competition Dates:
Wednesday 28th October 2009 - Wednesday 4th November 2009
Wednesday 11th November 2009 - Wednesday 18th November 2009 - Wednesday 25th November 2009
Duration of Play:
4:00pm - 5:20pm or 8 completed ends - whichever comes first
Dress Code:
Flat soled shoes must be worn. Tidy mufti dress - preferably school sports uniform so players can be identified as to which college they are representing
If colleges or players have access to bowls or will need bowls supplied please let Marita Bol know AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE the first playing date.

The Team Skip is to be recorded at point of entry, or before commencement of play

1st END
Player Team A: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player B
Player Team B: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player A
Player Team A1: delivers four bowls alternatively with Player B1
Player Team B1: delivers four bowls alternatively with Player A1
Player Team A: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player B
Player Team B: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player A
2nd END
Player A1: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player B1
Player B1: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player A1
Player A: delivers four bowls alternatively with Player B
Player B: delivers four bowls alternatively with Player A
Player A1: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player B1
Player B1: delivers two bowls alternatively with Player A1
Play continues for the number of completed ends as required by the Conditions of Play
DEAD ENDS
A “Dead End” to be replayed using the same player sequence
EXTRA END
Where the score is tied after the required number of ends are completed and a winner is to be determined
Use the following player sequence:
A) If the last completed end is an even numbered end the player sequence as for first end
B) If the last completed end is an odd numbered end the player sequence as for second end
